Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, we’re here to help! We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

 

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Returns are only accepted for items that are in new condition.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 30 days.

Please note that we do not charge restocking fees for returns.

 

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items in new condition within 30 days of purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at hello@archleys.com and send the item to the following address:

If you wish to exchange a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it with the same item.

 

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted, but you will need to arrange and cover the return postage.

If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

1. Check your bank account.

2. Contact your credit card company as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.

3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
